I said YES to my dress at Belle Amour. I made a little of a trek from the Detroit area but it was VERY worth it. Natalie helped me and she was FANTASTIC. I had already been to 5 bridal shops and wasn’t finding what I wanted. Which ultimately was an elegant look. They have many options there including size 22s in their shop. I came in for a regular appointment but ended up finding something in their loft section (take home now) which has a great selection. Their atmosphere was great - their lighting in there is great - which is very important. And once again Natalie was really awesome and positive. Thank you Belle Amour!

I had such a wonderful experience at Belle Amour Bridal! The store itself is beautiful and they have so many beautiful dresses to choose from. It is very light/bright in the store making photos come out perfect when trying on dresses. I brought 3 people with me to my appointment and we had plenty of space for our group. My Bridal Stylist Ann was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so sweet and personable that I felt like we had already known each other for years. She really listened to what I liked and didn't like and made suggestions as well as let me look at styles to try on. I ended up saying yes to the dress during my first apt so I was able to get the love at first sight discount which is amazing that they even offer that. Compared to other bridal salons I went to in the area and surrounding area I would rank Belle Amour Bridal #1. The atmosphere and vibe in the room was unlike any other bridal store!

Belle Amour Bridal is amazing!! the store is beautiful and spacious. My family and I had our own little area so we weren’t disturbed by other brides looking for their dresses. I worked with Brianna, and I can NOT say enough wonderful things about her! She was so kind, and so patient during the entire process. She really listened to my likes and my dislikes and chose dresses based on them. She never tried to sway me to choose a dress, and was so patient when I wanted to retry on a couple dresses to see if they were still contenders. I was torn between two dresses, I liked different things on each of them. I remember telling Brianna if I could just combine the two dresses I would have my perfect one. Brianna went and picked out another dress for me to try on, and it was PERFECT! It was the perfect combination of the two dresses I was in love with. I got my dress here with Samantha and was by far a great experience. Brianna was amazing! So sweet and really understood what I was looking for! I wasn’t expecting to find the one as it was my first time even looking at any bridal dresses and I garage her full range to give me variety to try in and I just fell in love. Financially I had to discuss with my mom what to do and bri didn’t push it at all and was just so nice. She was great when we decided to say yes! 10/10 would recommend.

I don’t have enough words to explain how wonderful my experience was with Belle Amour. I have an October 2021 wedding and purchased a gown from a different bridal shop February 2021 and paid for it in full to be informed at the end of July that my dress was never ordered. I found the news out on a Friday night called Belle Amour first thing the next morning on a Saturday. Michelle, the owner answered the phone and sympathized for my situation and let me know that although all her time slots were completely booked she would make me a time slot and keep the store open after hours for me. This shop is absolutely beautiful with an excellent selection of gowns! I came in with a small group of friends and found a dress I liked but wasn’t able to buy it without my mom being able to give her stamp of approval. Michelle let me know there was one gown in stock in the country, but she also understood how I felt about my mom’s opinion prior to making the purchase. The shop isn’t typically open on Mondays but she accommodated me so I could bring my mom and I ended up purchasing the dress this day. My mom jokingly made a comment to actually order the dress because the other shop didn’t. Michelle then let us know that she ordered the dress after I left the shop on Saturday because she sympathized for everything I had been through the last few days and didn’t think I deserved to have any more disappointment with my gown. This gesture brought me to tears after such a stressful few days I was reminded by how kind people can be. I am so happy I was able to support a business with such excellent customer service! My other bridal shop wouldn’t even answer my calls. I give Belle Amour my highest recommendation!

Had an incredible, stress-free appointment at Bell Amour! Scheduling was easy, great communication through email, and their selection is so versatile! I had Samantha as a bridal stylist and she listened to exactly what I wanted, which led me to find my perfect dress! Amazing place! My dress appointment was back in June and everyone there was so helpful and understanding with me. I had my mother in law and sister in law outside looking through the window and they were not mad at all that I wanted to show them through the window (with covid I could bring a certain amount of people in the store) I’m an indecisive person and they were very patient with me when I kept asking to put the dress I picked back on😂 my dress pick up apt was this week and they were again amazing with me! I even added headwear to my order and they were so helpful! Can’t wait to order my bridesmaid dresses with them!

Had a wonderful time shopping for my Wedding Gown here. I worked with Ann and chose my dress on my first shopping trip. She was wonderful to work with and made me feel super comfortable. They had a decent selection of plus-size gowns to try on and carry the brand that I was most in love with. My gown came in 6 months later and I just had my meet the gown appointment. I worked with Jane today, she was absolutely amazing. She is definitely a person you want around when trying on your gown, she is so bubbly and made the experience even better. On top of the amazing in-store experience, theu respond to emails and Facebook messages promptly and always seem to have an answer to any question. Belle Amour is definitely my recommendation for Bridal shops.

Belle Amour was the only bridal salon I went to when searching for my wedding dress. The Belles are patient, sweet, and genuinely want you to find the perfect dress for your special day. I worked with one stylist for my appointment, but I personally felt like every stylist there had a hand in my experience. They all went out of their way to give great feedback when I walked out in a dress. Being a bride is tough, but being a plus size bride comes with another wave of worries and difficulties. Natalie was amazing! Belle Amour was my second bridal shop, and after my appointment, I knew I had to say yes to the dress. I had the best problem to have where I could not decide between two. Once I slept on it for a couple of weeks, I looked on their website to only find another dress that I would love. Michelle and Natalie made sure I could try on the dress which ended up being the one. My name is Melissa W and I was completely blown away by the exceptional customer service and staff at Belle Amour Bridal. I drove 2 hrs from out of town to visit their store as they were having a Lillian West trunk show (a wedding gown designer I really loved). I booked my appointment back in January. They patiently looked up the dress over the phone, verified it would be there to try on and went over pricing and the trunk show discount with me.

When I arrived with one of my bridesmaids, I was in awe of the soft bright lighting, the endless selection of dresses, not to mention the plush seating they offer. I was greeted warmly at the door and introduced to my personal bridal stylist Laura Sconzo. Not only did was I encouraged to pull and try on as many styles as I wanted, Laura asked if she could pull some styles that she thought would compliment my frame and the aesthetic I was looking for.

I would’ve never tried on the dress that Laura pulled but when I put it on, my bridesmaid and I both teared up (so did Laura)!! I emphatically said “Yes to the dress”! I was introduced to the owner Michelle and she joined us in picking out accessories she thought would compliment my dress. They were graciously understanding and patient as I took countless pictures and FaceTimed my maid of honor (who lives on the other side of the country) so she could see my dress.

These women are the epitome of professionalism and they truly love what they do. They kept me updated on the status of my dress throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, even while they were closed for business! My dress came in early. Laura walked me through the few alterations I would need and where the new hemline would fall. They even offer recommendations on seamstresses through five different cities that have been highly praised by previous brides who shopped there.

Highly recommend this place for your wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses! I was referred by a friend who got her dress from here and loved it here! My wedding dress is beautiful, and every staff member I’ve worked with since the beginning made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was picking the dress that was right for me. I went elsewhere before coming here and didn’t have a great experience, so I was nervous coming in here, thinking I may have a similar experience and not be able to pick a dress. Mackenzie was my bridal stylist that helped me pick out my dress, and she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for in a dress, and ultimately helped me pick mine! It was the first dress she grabbed for me and the first one I tried on. I tried on a few others but still went back to that first one we had, and it’s perfect for me! My bridesmaids also got their dresses here, and the whole process was very easy. Their dresses are gorgeous and my bridesmaids actually got to be super involved in picking out the dresses, which they loved! The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I love everything about this place and have already recommended it to other people!
